  • The App may use your device’s location to suggest nearby places.

  • While we aim to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that all locations shown are correct, available, or safe.

  • You use the App at your own discretion and risk. Always ride responsibly.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, design, and code related to Road Tribe remain the property of the App’s developers.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Road Tribe uses services such as Google Maps. Your use of these services is also governed by their terms and policies.

  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Road Tribe and its developers are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your use of the App.
