Road Tribe (“the App”) is developed to help motorbike riders discover and share biker-friendly locations. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Location data: If you choose to allow location access, the App may use your device’s location to show nearby places. Location data is not stored or shared by us.

  • Account information (optional): If you sign in (e.g. with Google), we may store your email address and profile name to let you save favourites and access them across devices.

  • Saved locations: When you mark a café, pub, or other spot as a favourite, this information is stored either locally on your device or in your account (if you are signed in).

How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Show nearby biker-friendly locations on the map.

  • Let you save and manage your favourite places.

  • Improve the App’s functionality and user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Third-Party Services

  • The App uses Google Maps to display locations and provide directions. Google may collect information as described in their Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

  • If you log in with Google, authentication is handled securely by Google.

Your Choices

  • You can disable location access in your device settings at any time.

  • You can remove saved favourites from within the App.

  • If you have signed in, you may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but please note that no mobile app or internet service is 100% secure.
